We want you to be completely satisfied with Custody Logs. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Simply email info@custodylogs.app from the email address you used at checkout, within 30 days of your purchase. Please include:

• the name used on the order;
• the email address used at checkout;
• (optional) the reason for your request — it helps us improve.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider, Stripe. Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Digital products

Because the Products are digital and delivered instantly, this 30-day guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to any statutory rights you may have. After a refund is issued, your licence to use the Products ends and you must delete any downloaded copies.
