These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of the Custody Logs digital products (the "Products") from Web Light District LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

Custody Logs are digital documentation tools (spreadsheets, printable templates and message templates) delivered electronically. The Products are informational and organisational tools only. They do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in any legal, court or family matter.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.

3. Delivery & access

The Products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you receive access and/or download links by email to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct; you can correct it on the confirmation page or by contacting us.

4. Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the Products, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights in the Products remain ours.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
